Description
添付ファイルをダウンロードしようとするとContent-Typeがapplication/octet-streamになるようですが、テキストなもの(rubyスクリプトやソースファイル差分など)はtext/plainあたりにならないもんでしょうか?

Bumping this. Please change redmine.ruby-lang.org to serve *.patch, *.diff, *.rb as text/plain so that they can be viewed in the browser.
