「バイナリモードとテキストモード」で， > Net::FTP#puttextfile はは と「は」が重なっているのを修正するパッチを添付します。 ついでに，読点「、」の前のスペースも削除します。

1.9.2 で新しく追加されたクラスがあったのでパッチを書きました。 一通りレビューしましたが、問題は無さそうです。
