Description

Running 1.9.1p376 on Windows 7 with all dependency bins as referenced here http://www.garbagecollect.jp/ruby/mswin32/en/documents/install.html included in path

Gem install is causing the segfault. Ruby itself (and irb) seem to be working fine.

Hello,

What is the exact version of zlib1.dll ? The binaries has been built around 1.1.x and not 1.2.x of zlib, which could be one of the problems

What version of OpenSSL libraries have you used? the usage of the exact version is important since there could be ABI changes that could generate segfaults.

Hi,

I reject this ticket because OP seems no longer to look the ticket.
As Luis and Usaku said, I believe this is not a bug of ruby core.
