openssl: allow specifying hash algorithm in OCSP::*#sign
ext/openssl/ossl_ocsp.c (ossl_ocspreq_sign, ossl_ocspbres_sign): Allow
specifying hash algorithm used in signing. They are hard coded to use
SHA-1.
