English later. ruby-dev になっているので先に日本語で。

私が RD から markdown に変換したときに既に RD 形式のリンクではなく今のような書き方になっていたので、自動変換でうまく変換できなかったのでそのままになっています。
RD のときは何か拡張されていたのでしょうか?

In English,
When I convert from RD to markdown, they are already links of non RD style. Thus I failed to convert automatically.
When wiki was with RD style, does wiki have some extended markup?
