Makefile.in: move MAINLIBC after objects

• Makefile.in (miniruby, ruby): move MAINLIBC because linker arguments
  must appear after object files with newer versions of gcc. patch by
  tmm1 (Aman Gupta) in [ruby-core:53121] [Bug #8009]
