I am using sqlite3-ruby 1.3.0

$ bundle show sqlite3-ruby
/Users/hubble/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.8.7-head/gems/sqlite3-ruby-1.3.0

I have confirmed that my app works with Rails beta4 and Ruby 1.8.7, by the way
