I'm coming from https://github.com/rails/rails/issues/34606#issuecomment-443914170
Basically what happened is that rails Postgres tests started getting core dumped after this commit https://github.com/ruby/ruby/commit/a0e438cd3c28d2ea... evex (abdullah samman)
