svn.ruby-lang.org provides subversion write endpoint for stable maintainers and read endpoint for anonymous users. But Ruby 2.6 the last version, used subversion is EOL today.

I will shut down the subversion service of svn.ruby-lang.org on Nov 2022.

After that, svn.ruby-lang.org is only alias of git.ruby-lang.org. We focus to maintain only git server on that.

Unfortunately, we lost subversion server on svn.ruby-lang.org when I failed to migrate its server.

I will do the following works:

• Redirect svn.ruby-lang.org to git.ruby-lang.org.
• Backup and cleanup subversion data.
• Remove subversion configuration from bugs.ruby-lang.org
