Description

All the logs are in the files.

Context:
I'm trying to run pod install on a react native project that requires a ruby version of 2.7.5 after a react native upgrade. Others on my team have been able to build their projects so I think this is specific to M1 machines. I can reinstall the whole react native project but would rather not if I can avoid it and find a fix.

This was resolved by uninstalling homebrew and reinstalling. As well as rebuilding/reinstalling cocoapods :)
