class Hoge; attr_writer :a; end

Hoge.new.send(:"#{:a}=", 1)
# => 1 (ruby 2.1.2)
# hoge.rb:3:in `<main>': undefined method `a=' (ruby 2.2.0-preview1)

ruby 2.2.0dev (2014-09-19 trunk 47640) [x86_64-linux] でも
ruby 2.2.0-preview1 同様に例外が発生することを確認しました。
