Description

Added documentation for all Date formats missing docs. I apologize for not having a good link or example for Date.jisx0301. Not being able to read Japanese, I couldn't quite figure out this standard (JIS X 0301). The lack of a link does not convey a lack of respect for the fine people of Japan or a lack of thanks for all they have given us with Ruby.
