Backport #7941: configure use wrong test(1) usage

configureでtest(1)の誤った引数が使用されています。
(pkgsrcのconfigure前のテストが検出しました。)

Fix ksh/bash-ism.

• configure.in (unexpand_shvar): Use the numeric comparison
  operator instead of '==' which is a ksh extention. [Bug #7941]
