Windowsのirb上で日本語の入力は基本的にはできるのですが
「金」と入力すると何も入力されず、次に全角文字を入力した時点で2文字同時に表示されます。
「金」に続いて半角文字を入力すると別の文字になってしまうようです。

This issue is not a bug of ruby or irb but a bug of rb-readline library.
