On some platforms, notably armel, mips, mipsel, Array#permutation appears to be very slow. This makes the test test_permutation_stack_error abort.

Please consider the attached patch, which raises the timeout for this test to 60 seconds.

Please also consider backporting this to ruby2.3 branch.
