Misc #16893: Create Rosetta Code page on website

I've been doing some Rosetta Code tasks recently, and thought it would be a good idea to have a page/link to a list of all the Ruby done tasks on the website. These are good teaching aides, especially for new users/learners, and should be updated to include new features when they become available, e.g. here.

Sidef provides a list of its Rosetta Codes tasks as part of its standard docs, which I think is a very efficient way to show people how to use its language to accomplish real things.

Anyway, just a suggestion.
