I'm not sure why but they aren't being collected. I was looking at the issue https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/19112 to see if I could solve it
and when debugging it I noticed that ractor_free() is never called. I think it could be an issue of threads marking ractors and ractors marking threads,
so the two are never freed.

Sorry, false alarm :) Stupidly my compilation was silently failing and that's why my printf debugging wasn't working :D
