となっています。

• ビルドディレクトリ(/build)とソースディレクトリ(/src)がわかれています。
• id.hは/build/id.hに生成されています。
• /src/ext/coverage/coverage.cをコンパイルする際に/buildはinclude pathに含まれていないようです

といったあたりが観測されます。
