Feature #5198: IMAP -- would like fucntions that return the default ports

POP and SMTP have functions like this and it would be nice to have them in IMAP as well.

The default port for IMAP connections, port 143

def self.default_imap_port
PORT
end

The default port for POP3S connections, port 993

def self.default_imap_ssl_port
SSL_PORT
end
