Feature #7763: add Win32::Registry#values

hello.

In today's Win32::Registry objects, we have
#num_keys, #keys, #num_values

(and no #values method, but there is an #each_value method and #each_key method).

So this is a feature request for it to be added. I suppose it would be an alias to #entries
