Description
Of course, ruby -e ...
or ruby script.rb
compile given ruby script. But script_compiled
event is not kicked.
$ ruby -r sample x.rb
We can put TracePoint in sample library but we can't get script_compiled
event on -e
or given x.rb
file. It should be a bug.

command line -e or specified file. this commit fix it.

This patch should be backport to Ruby 2.6 branch.

function to invoke a script_compiled event.
