Description

"\u{3036}" #=> "〶"
Float("\u{3036}".encode("utf-16be")) #=> 6.0

While:

Integer("\u{3036}".encode("utf-16be")) #=> ASCII incompatible encoding: UTF-16BE (Encoding::CompatibilityError)
