Description

rake.rubyforge.org is sunset now.

I replaced rubyforge entry to github on rake.1 and removed dead links.

Yes, I’ve confirmed with Eric:
2:20 PM the "rake" name is taken

We’re going to use ruby/rake as the canonical repository.

It is OK.

Eventually github.com/ruby/rake will become official, but it is OK for the man page to point there.
