make realclean removes aclocal.m4 and enc/jis/props.h, which both are under version control, and probably should be kept(?).

What about aclocal.m4? make realclean still removes the file.

I'm sorry I added r58440 as related revision to this ticket, but it may be a mistake.

Anyway, after backporting r58438 to ruby_2_4 branch, make show the error as below.

make: *** No rule to make target `../ruby_2_4/enc/jis/props.h', needed by `incs'.  Stop.

Is there any prerequisites for this revision?
