Example 1:

Current behaviour:

File.extname('..jpg')
=> ""

Expected behaviour:

File.extname('..jpg')
=> ".jpg"

Example 2:

Current behaviour:

File.extname('....jpg')
=> ""

Expected behaviour:

=> ".jpg"
